I am often posed with the question, who is the best rapper ever? Today, I am going to discuss the question because it has to be depicted, for there isn’t a correct answer. Inside the broad category of hip-hop/rap there are many other types of rap. There is gangsta rap with the rappers like Snoop Dogg, 2pac, Biggie Smalls, and Dr. Dre. There’s also rap of the 2000’s that was very drastically different then the style of rap in the 1990’s. The 2000’s was filled with rappers like Kanye West, Eminem, Jay-z, Lil Wayne, 50 cent, and others. This style is very different from the type of rap there is today. Recently, the rappers making the most noise are the ones like Drake, 21 Savage, Young Thug, Future, Kodak Black, Gucci Mane, Migos, and many others. Recently, I have found that the number of rappers that has increased. Overall, there have been many different types of rap through the past years, and I don’t think one can put the tag on one rapper as the best rapper ever.

A brutal year full of injuries, battles, arguments, and adversity. It all came down to a final Game 6 between the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Golden State Warriors. The Warriors had squeaked out a win in the first game of the series. In the second game, Lebron James, the best player on the planet, single handedly led the Cavaliers to the victory. The first two games were held in Oakland, but now the series moves to Cleveland for games 3 and 4. The Cavaliers handled the Warriors easily, for a game 3 win. The Cavaliers had won 2 games in a row taking a commanding 2-1 lead. Rattled, the Warriors got in the gym the next day, running over there plays, and making a game plan for the next day. The Game 4 of the 2015 NBA Finals was the decisive game of the series. The Warriors got off to a sizzling start, making the majority of there shots. The series was tied 2-2 heading back to Oakland for game 5. The Warriors cooked up the Cavaliers in game 5, handing them a smothering loss. The series now headed back to Cleveland for game 6, where the Cavaliers could tie the series 3-3 or the Warriors could win there first championship in 40 years.

The game began, and the Warriors, once again, came out on fire. They took a double-digit lead in the first quarter. Steph Curry had revived himself from his poor performances earlier in the season, and Andre Iguodala was playing out of his mind. The Cavaliers seemed to be exhausted, particularly Lebron James, the only player on their team that could compete at the highest levels because the Cavaliers other two stars, Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love, were out with injury. Surprisingly, the Cavaliers inched there way back into the game in the second quarter, conducting stifling defense on the Warriors. The score at halftime was 45-43 and the warriors were in the lead.

The second half was very tense, but the Warriors were clearly the better team in the final two quarters of the game. They broke out a 13 point lead in the third quarter of the game and never looked back. The warriors were working in harmony, passing the ball constantly, playing excellent defense, and wowing fans by making most of their shots, some of them seemingly impossible. The game reached its final minutes and Lebron James, the Cavaliers leader, congratulated the Warriors on the series. He had given up and acknowledged the Warriors were going to win there first championship since 1975. As the clock ran out Stephen Curry through the ball as high as he could in the air in celebration. The Warriors, joyously jumping up and down had officially just won there first championship in 40 years. It was a wild ride, but the team won what everyone in basketball aspires to: an NBA championship.
